This multi-stage UX project focused on designing a user-centered website for Aurum Wellness, beginning with user research through personas, empathy maps, and journey maps to better understand client needs and behaviours. These insights informed the creation of a fully interactive, accessible website prototype in Figma, complete with branding, wireframes, usability testing, and annotated design decisions. The project emphasized UX strategy, accessibility, and research-driven design to deliver a seamless digital experience tailored to real user goals and pain points.
